Redstone Family Dental is looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about patient care, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a busy dental office environment.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of dental reception experience who can help create a welcoming and positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Manage appointment confirmations, cancellations, and patient recalls.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Process payments, submit insurance claims, and assist with dental billing.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with the dental team.
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office reception or administrative role.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance billing, and treatment coordination.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using dental practice management software.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Full-Time: Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
- Part-Time: Schedule to be discussed; flexibility is an asset.
