You will guide pursuit strategies, evaluate construction solutions, and develop estimating professionals. Success requires strong construction methodology, costing, procurement, and risk management knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of heavy civil estimating experience Experience with infrastructure, transportation, rail, or complex civil projects Estimating team leadership and professional development experience Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree or diploma Bring heavy civil estimating leadership, analytical expertise, and risk management to Ontario infrastructure pursuits and business growth.
