Support PCL's learning infrastructure through LMS administration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The position suits an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in learning systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel. You will help enable scalable learning experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and optimize automated LMS learning assignments
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS administrator issues
- Partner with stakeholders on learner and business needs
- Coordinate configurations, upgrades, and resolutions with Cornerstone
- Deliver LMS training for administrators, managers, and learners
Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Three to five years in learning or HR systems
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and records management
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, validation, and reporting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
