Key Responsibilities:
- Manage small estimates and components of large estimates
- Complete quantity takeoffs for labor, equipment, and materials
- Support lead estimator by finalizing material quantities
- Assist in documenting and archiving estimate information
- Build relationships with stakeholders and solicit competitive pricing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent trade experience
- 2 years progressive experience in cost estimating
- General construction knowledge and delivery method familiarity
- Strong skills in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
