Lead industrial construction project controls in Edmonton with expertise in scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and multidisciplinary team leadership. As Project Controls Manager with PCL Industrial Management Inc., you will provide overall leadership for costing and scheduling. The position oversees project controls teams, budgets, reporting, change management, risk mitigation, and project forecasting. You will collaborate with construction managers, project teams, clients, trades, and finance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead scheduling, estimating, cost-control, subcontract, and document-control teams Develop resource-loaded schedules and analyze critical paths Create control estimates and maintain project budgets Issue progress, cost, and schedule reporting Manage scope, changes, claims, risks, and contract disputes Requirements:
Ten years of progressive project controls experience Construction certification or construction management or engineering education preferred Four years of supervisory experience is an asset Experience managing controls on projects valued at $100MM+ Ability to travel to project sites for extended periods Apply project controls leadership, construction forecasting, and schedule management expertise to industrial projects with PCL in Edmonton.
