This Pipe Welder position supports Dalcon Constructors Ltd, a Division of PCL Energy, through high-quality welding and disciplined site practices. Candidates need a valid Pressure Welder Certification or equivalent, plus required qualifiers and ticket testing before accessing sites. Work schedules vary by project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW welding on project work
- Produce quality welds while maintaining productivity and safety standards
- Work effectively within a team environment
- Take direction and follow established work processes
- Complete project-specific qualification and training requirements
Requirements:
- Journeyperson Welder qualification for Ontario project work
- Valid Pressure Welder Certification or equivalent
- Carbon or stainless welding experience
- Successful completion of qualifiers and ticket testing
- Reliable transportation to local project sites
