As a student, you will assist PCL's technology team with cloud infrastructure, network equipment, AI processes, automations, and scripting. The assignment supports research and development initiatives, proof-of-concepts, system documentation, and business process requirements. You will help maintain cloud governance and resolve incident escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision, monitor, and maintain mission-critical cloud infrastructure
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment
- Remediate incident escalations from customers and technology teams
- Implement AI processes, automations, and scripting
- Maintain accurate system documentation and project requirements
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in information technology or related program
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Co-Pilot knowledge is an asset
