As a Dealer Operations & Support Associate, you will interact with internal teams, external partners, and service providers. This position involves handling investor onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and resolving operational challenges to enhance client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investor onboarding and account activities
- Process operational requests and follow up on issues
- Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot operational matters
- Maintain accurate client and dealer records
- Prepare investor communications and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years in financial services operations
- Knowledge of KYC and AML requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in English/French is a plus
