This full-time, permanent position is based at the Calgary headquarters. The Customer Engagement Team Lead supports the Manager of Product Marketing while coordinating daily assignments and long-term team goals. You will share PBS products and capabilities, encourage adoption, create community among customers, and clarify how software addresses dealership needs. The work connects customer engagement with marketing, sales, development, implementation, and deployment planning. Key Responsibilities:

High school diploma or equivalency required Excellent customer service skills required Dealership experience is an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback Use customer engagement, dealership knowledge, communication, and presentation skills to strengthen PBS Systems customer experiences.
