Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and resource bakery department team members
- Deliver operational excellence through service, safety, and merchandising
- Communicate objectives and key messages to department employees
- Review financial reports and present department KPIs
- Lead inventory counts and resolve department issues
Requirements:
- One to three years of retail experience
- Food Safe Certification
- Leadership experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of sales targets and profitability
- Experience with training, coaching, and mentoring
