Passion Dental Group seeks an experienced Regional Director to support a portfolio of dental clinics. You will strengthen workflows, develop Clinic Managers and improve performance. The role combines financial analysis, operational reporting, coaching and practical problem-solving. You will partner with Doctors, clinical teams and Support Office teams to align priorities and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of dental clinics
- Improve workflows, scheduling, staffing and resource utilization
- Coach Clinic Managers and develop accountable future leaders
- Review KPIs, financial results and operational reporting
- Support budgets, annual plans and growth objectives
Requirements:
- Previous operational leadership experience within the dental industry
- Direct responsibility for dental clinic operations and business performance
- Knowledge of scheduling, production, collections and treatment acceptance
- Experience coaching managers and addressing team challenges
- Availability to travel regularly throughout the Greater Toronto Area
