Passion Dental Group is seeking an experienced Regional Director to guide operational performance across multiple dental clinics. You will translate KPIs, budgets and reporting into practical action. Success includes improving production, collections, treatment acceptance, hygiene optimization, patient retention and profitability. You will establish accountability, help leaders overcome barriers and connect clinics with Support Office resources. This role suits an operational leader who understands dental workflows and builds trust through visible support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review KPIs, budgets and financial results for performance trends
- Translate operational insights into action across clinic priorities
- Establish action plans and monitor progress toward objectives
- Partner with Doctors and clinical teams on operational needs
- Guide teams through new programs and process improvements
Requirements:
- Previous operational leadership experience within the dental industry
- Strong knowledge of dental clinic workflows and performance drivers
- Strong business and financial acumen using KPIs and budgets
- Practical problem-solving and sustainable improvement experience
- Experience overseeing multiple clinics or locations preferred
