You will build operational understanding, leadership, and communication skills through mentorship, on-the-job training, e-learning, virtual sessions, and webinars. Learning spans inventory, logistics, maintenance, quality, procurement, compliance, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leadership and operational understanding through blended training
- Learn inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics
- Study facility maintenance, equipment, quality control, and audits
- Build knowledge of procurement, customer service, and risk management
- Develop understanding of health, food safety, and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum two years operating a grain elevator
- Progressive responsibility in grain elevator operations
- Knowledge of grading, equipment, processes, and product storage
- Practical mechanical repair and maintenance experience
- Computer proficiency, adaptability, travel, and relocation willingness
