You will coordinate Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients while maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards. The role also includes mentoring site teams. 10+ years of progressive site supervision experience General Contractor experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction Large complex ICI project delivery experience, ideally $50M-$100M+ Strong construction methods, sequencing, drawings, and building systems knowledge Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office Bring senior site leadership, technical construction knowledge, and team coordination skills to major Ottawa ICI projects.
