You’re an experienced Project Manager who has played a key role in the successful delivery of complex residential or commercial builds, and now you’re ready to scale up. Parker Huggett has partnered with a long-established Construction Manager and Developer with deep roots across Ontario and a growing project pipeline. With a reputation built on quality, innovation, and community impact, this firm is poised for growth and is actively seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support the delivery of a landmark $300M Student Housing project, with additional major projects in the pipeline across Toronto and Barrie.
About You

- Proven experience: with a GC or CM on large-scale builds, ideally over $100M in value.
- A strong background: in residential, student housing, or large commercial builds.
