As an EHS Specialist reporting to the Division EHS Manager, you will coordinate management-system implementation across manufacturing operations. Your work includes EHS plans, hazard assessments, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and training. The position supports Parker corporate standards, site objectives, and a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site EHS plans and initiatives
- Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and risk assessments
- Deliver training, safety talks, drills, and awareness programs
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and environmental events
- Track EHS metrics, corrective actions, and performance trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
- Three to five years of manufacturing EHS experience
- Knowledge of Canadian legislation and environmental regulations
- Experience auditing, investigating incidents, assessing risks, and training
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and occasional travel availability
Support Parker's Milton operations through EHS planning, risk reduction, investigations, training, and measurable environmental performance improvement.
