Own daily asset information operations at Paramount Resources Ltd. in Calgary while supporting AI adoption, document control, and information quality. Reporting to the Enterprise Information Management Lead, the Asset Information Management Coordinator controls organization-wide data correctness, consistency, and timeliness. You will manage documents, support stakeholders, and improve workflows across Operations and Capital Projects. The work includes EDMS processes, metadata verification, and asset information distribution. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Document Control inbox for Operations and Capital Projects Process and distribute drawings, specifications, and required documents Verify metadata, including drawing numbers, revisions, and document status Train stakeholders in EDMS, AIM standards, and processes Support AI tools improving information quality, searchability, and accessibility Requirements:
Seven to ten years as an AIM coordinator, administrator, or similar Experience with asset and document management software Knowledge of project management from concept through delivery Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Bring AIM coordination, document control, metadata quality, and AI-readiness expertise to Paramount Resources Ltd. in Calgary.
