We’re looking for a patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our clinic team. This role is ideal for an RMT who values high-quality care, collaboration, and helping patients reduce pain, recover from injury, and improve overall wellness.

Compensation: Competitive split-based compensation + performance incentives (commensurate with experience)
- Provide hands‑on massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs and goals
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other practitioners on integrated care plans
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and self‑care techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build and manage your own caseload with support from clinic referrals
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic environment
What you bring
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-first mindset with a focus on outcomes and experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Professional liability insurance
Nice to have
Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic Additional certifications (e.g., cupping, myofascial release, sports massage) Experience treating sports injuries, chronic pain, or post-surgical patients Interest in building a long‑term patient base Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
