ParaMed is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to be an integral part of the home and community care team in Canada. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and support independence for patients in their homes and communities, following individualized care plans.
Responsibilities include ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and travel to patient residences within a designated area. A valid PSW certificate, a driver's license, and access to a vehicle are required.
