ParaMed seeks a Registered Nurse for a newly added community nursing position in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. You will care for patients of all ages with differing complexity, helping them remain comfortable at home. The work includes individualized assessment, care plan monitoring, collaborative engagement, and professional documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individualized patient needs using appropriate tools and techniques
- Execute and continuously monitor patient care plans
- Build rapport and trust through collaborative patient engagement
- Maintain and update professional patient encounter records
- Provide required on-call coverage, including after hours
Requirements:
- Current CNO registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Community care experience considered an asset
- Reliability and flexibility for scheduled community visits
- Willingness to travel within a designated area
