Paradigm Building Solutions is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for its manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Logistics and Inventory Supervisor, you will track orders through delivery, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate materials for factory and construction sites. The full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule combines administrative coordination with hands-on factory and yard support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, suppliers, and internal follow-up
- Match packing slips with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain Fishbowl item, SKU, and inventory records
- Receive, verify, pick, pack, and prepare materials
- Organize returned materials, storage areas, and yard activities
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, inventory, purchasing, or related coordination
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Confidence using spreadsheets, purchase orders, and inventory records
- Clear communication with suppliers, coworkers, and site teams
- Willingness to balance administrative and hands-on factory work
