The Lead Pastor for Bethel International Church will provide spiritual, pastoral, and visionary leadership to the congregation, faithfully proclaiming God's Word, developing and empowering leaders, nurturing a healthy church culture, and advancing the church's mission and vision.
The preferred candidate will be a Spirit-filled, biblically grounded, relational, and strategic servant leader with proven pastoral experience, a passion for discipleship and leadership development, and a strong commitment to cross-cultural ministry, evangelism, community engagement, and world missions.
The Lead Pastor will lead and guide a small team of associate pastors (responsible for Next Generation ministries) and an admin assistant/bookkeeper.
40 hours/week. Salary Range: $90,000.
