This Warehouse Coordinator role supports General Customers, LGES, and other customer accounts. You will manage warehouse workflows, prepare operational reports, and maintain data integrity. The work requires logistics experience, Microsoft Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations for customer accounts
- Coordinate shipment updates, discrepancies, and operational communications
- Prepare inventory, shipment status, and performance reports
- Monitor order flow and process warehouse activities timely
- Resolve operational issues with internal teams and customers
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain
- Experience with shipping documentation and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred; Korean communication is an asset
