Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates Drive individual and store sales goals through genuine customer connections Build product knowledge and create memorable shopping experiences Provide real-time feedback supporting accountability and KPI achievement Implement visual merchandising and efficient operational processes Requirements:
Three to five years’ Store Manager experience in high-performance selling Results-oriented leadership and strong written and verbal communication Ability to connect with people across organizational levels Recruiting, retaining, developing, and succession-planning experience Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems knowledge Bring retail leadership, customer connection, product knowledge, and talent development to Pandora’s jewellery store business.
