Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams. This Senior Cloud Engineer role supports applications and services delivered by ESG and subsidiary Pandell. You will troubleshoot complex production incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements. You will also establish service level objectives, practical alerting standards, and consistent operational practices for energy software platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Eight-plus years of relevant engineering experience Strong VMware knowledge including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Production experience running Docker and Kubernetes Monitoring and observability experience, including Datadog Scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go Apply reliability engineering, observability, VMware expertise, and incident leadership to ESG’s cloud and on-premises services.
