Paladin Security seeks a Security Guard for Met Campus Access Control at Windsor Regional Hospital. The position supports secure hospital operations across clinical areas, patient spaces, entrances, and parking lots. You will screen people and belongings, enforce protocols, document incidents, and coordinate with clinical staff and law enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access to restricted hospital areas
- Screen visitors, staff, and belongings at checkpoints
- Patrol grounds, hallways, patient areas, and parking lots
- Complete daily facility lock and unlock procedures
- Document incidents, hazards, and shift activities accurately
Requirements:
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Relevant diploma in security, policing, border services, or criminology
- English fluency and legal authorization to work in Canada
- Required immunization records and two-step TB skin test
- Valid UOF and MOAB certifications or training willingness
Use access control, patrol, reporting, and de-escalation skills to support patients, visitors, staff, and hospital safety.
