Paladin Security seeks a Mall Patrol Guard for the downtown Toronto Eaton Centre. You will monitor corridors, entrances, exits, retailers, and public areas while identifying safety concerns. The position combines observation, communication, emergency response, policy enforcement, and detailed reporting in a high-foot-traffic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols through common areas and corridors
- Respond to disturbances, medical calls, thefts, and emergencies
- Assist visitors with directions and general inquiries
- Enforce loitering and trespass guidelines
- Complete incident reports and daily logs accurately
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security License or ability to obtain one
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to walk and stand during 12-hour shifts
- Strong awareness, observation, communication, and report-writing skills
