Paladin Security is seeking an Intermediate Systems Administrator for its Corporate IT hub. You will maintain Microsoft platforms, enterprise infrastructure, and operational services supporting teams across Canada and the United States. The Monday-to-Friday schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, based on operational support. This position combines administration, escalation support, and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows Server
- Escalate complex technical issues with Service Desk and vendors
- Coordinate system maintenance with internal partners
- Maintain clear technical documentation for enterprise environments
- Assist with office setups, relocations, and continuity planning
Requirements:
- Three or more years of systems administration or IT operations experience
- Experience administering Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- PowerShell or automation tool scripting experience
- Post-secondary Information Technology or Computer Science education, certification, or equivalent experience
