Paladin Security seeks a Security Supervisor for University Health Network's West Park Healthcare Centre. This full-time position leads, coaches, and mentors security staff and Team Leads while supporting a safe environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. Responsibilities include audits, patrols, training, investigations, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor security staff and Team Leads
- Oversee operations, audits, and interior and exterior patrols
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and workplace concerns
- Respond to emergencies, major incidents, and hospital codes
Requirements:
- At least one year of healthcare security leadership experience
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Required MMR, Varicella, and two-step TB records
- Valid UOF and MOAB certifications, or training willingness
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
