The role includes hospital patrols, incident response, reporting, policy enforcement, and collaboration with hospital staff and security management. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interior and exterior security patrols during all weather
- Respond calmly to safety incidents and emergencies
- Apply verbal de-escalation techniques during incidents
- Investigate routine incidents and complete accurate reports
- Enforce parking, smoking, by-law, and safety policies
Requirements:
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Required immunization records and COVID-19 vaccination proof
