Lead regional operations for Paladin Security across Ottawa and Kingston, applying strategic leadership, financial oversight, and team management on-site. Frequent travel connects key Eastern Ontario locations. As Associate Director of Operations, you will oversee commercial, healthcare, and specialized facilities across the Eastern Ontario portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will guide managers, strengthen client relationships, and support reliable service delivery. The position requires operational planning, budget management, compliance knowledge, and frequent location visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and operational guidance to managers
- Build long-term client relationships supporting satisfaction and quality service
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, metrics, and resource allocation
- Develop operational plans improving workflow efficiency and delivery
- Support retention initiatives, proposals, and market expansion
Requirements:
- At least five years in senior operations leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Valid G Driver’s Licence for Eastern Ontario travel
- Business acumen managing budgets and operational metrics
- Knowledge of legislation, safety, regulatory, and privacy standards
