Lead air ambulance operations in St. John’s with PAL Aerospace, applying aviation safety, scheduling, and operational leadership expertise. Support critical missions across Newfoundland and Labrador. This role supports King Air 350 operations, resource management, procedures, stakeholder relations, and aircrew standards. The position may include flying as Captain or Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational leadership for NL Air Ambulance services
- Develop and maintain daily operational schedules
- Ensure safety, quality service, and resource management
- Implement Standing Orders, SOPs, and operational practices
- Collaborate on aircrew standards, training, and simulator plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours pilot in command time
- Valid ATPL, Instrument Rating, and Multi-Engine Rating
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- International knowledge of regulations and policies
- Bring aviation leadership, safety focus, and scheduling expertise to PAL Aerospace’s Newfoundland and Labrador air ambulance operations.
