PAL Aerospace is seeking an NL Air Ambulance Operations Manager reporting to the Director of Air Ambulance. The manager supports operational leadership, resource management, stakeholder relations, and aircrew standards. The position may include flying as Captain or Training Manager, mentoring pilots, and managing daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Support operational leadership for Newfoundland and Labrador Air Ambulance operations Ensure maximum safety measures throughout operations Develop and maintain daily operational schedules Manage resources and ensure quality service delivery Represent Air Ambulance Services in operational meetings Requirements:
Minimum 2000 hours total flight time Minimum 1000 hours pilot-in-command time Valid ATPL, Instrument Rating, and Multi-Engine Rating Leadership or supervisory experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products Apply aviation leadership, safety management, and operational planning skills to PAL Aerospace’s Air Ambulance services in St. John’s.
