Applicants must have a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course or equivalent; preferred M1/M2, S or E licenses, and experience on Dash 8 and King Air platforms. The role requires independent work and teamwork, strong troubleshooting, and flexibility to shift times.
