Summary
We are hiring a Food Service Supervisor for The Sweet Stable, a ice cream bar/cafe space opening in downtown Cobourg. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee daily operations and help build a positive, high-energy customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the ice cream shop
- Manage staff scheduling and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- Open and close the store
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience (food service preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and organized
