Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for Pagnotta Inc. across Western Canada, supporting accurate HR administration and employee records. The People and Culture Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources operations for office, field, and project-based positions. The work includes recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, HRIS records, and Temporary Foreign Worker coordination. You will work with the People and Culture Manager, operational leaders, employees, payroll, safety, site leadership, and external immigration consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post job advertisements for available positions
- Screen applications, arrange interviews, and communicate with candidates
- Coordinate onboarding forms, orientations, eligibility, and HR system entries
- Maintain confidential personnel files and process employee changes
- Respond to routine employee questions and escalate complex matters
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Three to five years of Human Resources experience
- Recruitment, onboarding, or HR administration experience preferred
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn HRIS systems
