Construction Logistics Security Coordinator in Mississauga

Coordinate construction logistics and security operations for PACT's Accelerator program in Mississauga, supporting Pearson Airport infrastructure delivery through field coordination.

PACT seeks a Logistics and Security Field Coordinator to support the Central Logistics Hub Manager. This field-focused position coordinates access control, delivery management, inspections, and operational communication across active construction sites and logistics facilities. You will work with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, security personnel, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement construction logistics and security plans across PACT sites
• Manage workforce access, delivery bookings, vehicles, and gate verification
• Conduct inspections and verify routes, protocols, and site access
• Coordinate parking, shuttles, fleet movements, and material handling
• Document incidents, risks, deficiencies, and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Minimum three years' relevant logistics, operations, and construction security experience
• Diploma or degree in construction, civil engineering, operations, or logistics
• Understanding of access control, airport security, and delivery coordination
• Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools proficiency
• Valid driver's license and required airport clearances
