This role will be integral in supporting housing stabilization efforts while managing resident communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange viewings for prospective residents
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and complaints
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes
- Maintain accurate records in Yardi software
- Collaborate with finance to track rent collection
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in property management
- Secondary school graduation required
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Proficient in MS Office and Yardi
- Valid driver's license with insurance
