Pacific Western Transportation is looking for an energetic Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, screen, and hire top talent in a high-volume recruitment environment.

What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for multiple positions
- Review applications and identify qualified candidates quickly
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
- Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate hiring activities with managers and operational teams
- Prepare job postings and actively source candidates through various channels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to hire
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and enthusiasm
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with recruitment systems, databases, and applicant tracking software
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient and persistent when faced with challenging hiring markets
- Driven by goals, deadlines, and measurable results
Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources (or working towards)
- Experience in high-volume hiring environments preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with UKG or JD Edwards considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
