Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community inclusion programs
- Recruit and manage Community Inclusion employees effectively
- Monitor compliance with standards and guidelines
- Facilitate training and development for staff
- Participate in strategic direction for community inclusion
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in community inclusion
- Strong management and program development skills
- Proficient in Microsoft and Share Vision applications
- Current First-Aid and CPR Level C Certification
- Commitment to confidentiality in practice
