- Conduct quarterly operational and process audits across malls.
- Audit mall operations, including housekeeping, security, parking, facility management and F&B operations.
- Evaluate operational efficiency, manpower utilization and process compliance.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams for timely closure of audit observations.
- Prepare audit reports, validate data and share findings with management.
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in Mall Operations, Real Estate, Retail or Hospitality.
- Experience in Operations Audit and Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of mall operations and facility management.
- SAP knowledge, analytical skills and strong reporting abilities.
