We are looking for a
Chatbot Content Developer with strong Python or Java scripting and automation experience to enhance, organize, and maintain technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of scripting and automation experience using Python (preferred) or Java.
- Hands-on experience with Markdown and documentation-as-code practices.
- Experience with Confluence administration, content organization, page structures, and content migration.
- Strong working knowledge of Git, Git Hub, Bitbucket, or similar source control management platforms.
- Experience developing automation scripts and content transformation utilities.
- Practical experience with Git Hub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
- Understanding of developer documentation, knowledge management, and content structuring.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops concepts.
- Excellent written communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and improve technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources.
- Convert Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats.
- Leverage Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve documentation quality, consistency, and structure.
- Develop and enhance Python or Java automation scripts for content conversion, transformation, and migration.
- Maintain and manage documentation in Git, Git Hub, or Bitbucket repositories.
- Collaborate with engineering and Dev Ops teams to optimize chatbot knowledge sources and documentation workflows.
- Troubleshoot documentation issues related to formatting, hyperlinks, images, metadata, and content structure.
- Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices for content management.
- Support CI/CD workflows for documentation publishing, validation, and deployment.
