Drive full-cycle recruitment and employee support as a Human Resources Generalist with PACE, working hybrid near Dufferin and Lawrence. Coordinate people processes across three office days and two remote days weekly.
Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this one-year contract supports recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records. PACE supports adults with disabilities through supportive housing and community outreach services. The role contributes to a positive employee experience and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements
- Build candidate pipelines through partnerships, events, and targeted sourcing
- Coordinate onboarding, orientations, documentation, and first-day readiness
- Administer benefits eligibility, enrolments, removals, and employee inquiries
- Maintain confidential employee records and coordinate documentation audits
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum two years of Human Resources experience
- Full-cycle recruitment and selection experience required
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
