Reporting to the Director, Client Services, this full-time Program Manager leads quality services for adults with physical disabilities. The position oversees approximately 50 unionized front-line staff and supports independent living. You will manage operations, client and family concerns, community partnerships, budgets, staffing, and service delivery across PACE programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and quality support services
- Address client and family needs with appropriate resolution
- Define performance indicators for service delivery
- Manage staffing, scheduling, supervision, and performance
- Maintain operations within approved budgets
Requirements:
- Recognized degree or diploma in healthcare, community care, or social services
- Three to five years of program management experience
- Experience supporting disabled adults with challenging behaviours
- Experience leading a unionized multidisciplinary team
- Strong coaching, empathy, conflict resolution, and Microsoft Windows skills
