PAC is growing. We're hiring an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Vaughan. You'll report to Amitava Roy, Chief Estimator, and work in our Vaughan office, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a new position, not an existing vacancy. What you'll do
Prepare estimates of labour and material costs Prepare elemental estimates (Classes B, C and D) Carry out quantity take-offs Analyze tenders and recommend awards Keep a directory of suppliers and trade contractors up to date Work with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes to cost estimates The work you'll price
Commercial, industrial and institutional projects, including public tenders Multi-residential and condominium work Under general contracting and design-build Certificates and memberships
An asset: Gold Seal certification, or membership in CIQS or the Professional Corporation for Estimators Pay
$90,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus Paramedical services coverage Bonus
