Key Responsibilities:
- Lead food safety and quality assurance initiatives across manufacturing sites
- Develop and improve the Quality Management System for compliance
- Oversee internal audits and corrective action programs
- Monitor quality, food safety, and compliance metrics, implementing improvements
- Serve as the subject matter expert on domestic and international regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in food safety and quality assurance
- Knowledge of BRCGS standards, HACCP, and Project Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
