Oxfordshire County Council seeks an experienced regeneration professional for strategic leadership and expert management of complex projects. You will work across urban renewal, sustainable economic growth, community revitalisation and place-based transformation. The role supports council priorities and high-quality outcomes for communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex regeneration projects and programmes across Oxfordshire
- Plan, coordinate and deliver high-profile regeneration initiatives
- Develop project opportunities, business cases and funding applications
- Manage delivery, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships
- Represent the council at meetings, boards and public events
Requirements:
- Experience as a regeneration professional
- Strong understanding of regeneration, urban renewal and placemaking
- Knowledge of sustainable development and project management
- Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively
- Experience working with senior leaders and elected members
