Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Senior Trial Administrator for its Haematology Trials Unit. You will oversee trials across set-up, amendments, maintenance, close-out, and archiving. The role includes UK GCP compliance, regulatory requirements, OUH policies, sponsor expectations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain study documentation throughout each trial lifecycle
- Lead clinical trial set-up activities and amendments
- Maintain accurate HTU trial databases and timelines
- Prepare monthly Trial Steering Committee meetings
- Track QMS documents, training records, and CAPA
Requirements:
- Experience administering haematology clinical trials
- Ability to manage studies of varying complexity
- Knowledge of UK GCP and regulatory requirements
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to line manage Trial Administrators
