In this part-time role, you will mentor students with your strong knowledge of French and math. You'll conduct lessons primarily in French, creating a comfortable atmosphere for learning. Located in the Burquitlam/Coquitlam area, you will work after school hours and occasionally on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct up to three students simultaneously
- Provide lessons exclusively in French
- Implement specified teaching methodologies
- Maintain detailed post-lesson documentation
- Update students and parents on progress regularly
Requirements:
- Strong command of French and English required
- Ability to teach French at Grade 9 or above
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is necessary
- Teaching certification considered an asset
- Must complete Vulnerable Sector screening
