Collaboration with Admissions Advisors, Program Managers, and Student Services supports student success across academic and operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on fees, payment options, and funding
- Explain refund policies and institutional financial obligations clearly
- Administer payment plans, invoices, reminders, and balance tracking
- Support orientations, information sessions, and graduation ceremonies
- Prepare enrollment, tuition, retention, and completion reports
Requirements:
- Two to three years' experience in a similar environment
- English language proficiency required
- Familiarity with student management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Clear background or criminal record check
